These Terms govern the sale of products by YAIR LTD trading as Y·NEUMAN. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We sell eyewear frames supplied with non-prescription lenses.
Products and images are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur between photographs and the physical product, particularly in relation to colour, material texture, and finish. We reserve the right to amend product specifications without prior notice.
All prices are stated in GBP unless stated otherwise. VAT is included where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery timescales are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond control.
