If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at studio@y-neuman.com before the 14-day period expires.
To be eligible for a return, items must be: unworn and unused · free from marks, scratches, damage, or adjustments · not fitted with prescription lenses · with demonstration lenses intact · in original packaging, including case, cloth, and any documentation or certificate of authenticity.
Due to their limited and individually numbered nature, Collectors' Edition pieces are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from its description.
To initiate a return, please email studio@y-neuman.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We reserve the right to make a deduction for diminished value if the item shows signs of use.
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at studio@y-neuman.com. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
